HOW TO SQUEEZE EACH CUP
- Cupping Warehouse TM Cups are designed for Professionals and can also be used for Home Use.
- Some Professionals and Most Home Users find the cups difficult to use until they are trained on each cup. Once familiar with which cups to use and for what treatments, Professionals and Home Users have rated our cups as their #1 Favorite.
When there is tissue adhesions or issues with the tissue, the cup will do one of two things.
- The cup will pop off especially when trying to glide or move
- The cup will bog down and become difficult to move
- The tissue is like a road map for you. When the cup bogs down or pops off, it's an indication that this area needs work. As you work this area, you will notice the cup begins to glide or slide easily without popping off and without bogging down.
Classic EYE/LIP Cup

- Squeeze the Cup Near the bottom. This cup is designed for the super delicate skin around the eyes and lips, so there is very light suction, but just enough for these delicate tissues.
- With the cup squeezed, Apply to skin and let go with your fingers.
- The Negative Pressure or Suction should cause the cup to stick to the skin
- This Classic Eye/Lip Cup has the least amount of suction because of it's use. You will mostly use this cup for suction and release around the eyes, eyelids and lip area.
Classic Face Cup

- This Classic Facial Cup has less suction than the bigger cups as it is designed to work on the delicate skin of the face and on joints and bony prominences.
Classic Medium Body Cup

- Squeeze the Cup near the middle of the cup
- With the cup squeezed, apply to skin and let go with your fingers
- The Negative Pressure or Suction should cause the cup to stick to the skin
- This Classic Medium Body Cup has more suction than the face cup as it is designed to work on larger areas and to soften tissue.
Classic Large Body Cup

- This cup is tougher to allow for greater suction, but is best to be saved until after you have softened the tissue with the Medium Body Cup Above. Squeeze the Cup near the middle of the cup using two hands. After a couple of days of use, this cup will soften to your squeeze pressure, but has to be broken in.
- With the cup squeezed, apply to skin and let go with your fingers
- The Negative Pressure or Suction should cause the cup to stick to the skin
- This Classic Large Body Cup has more suction than the face and Medium Body cup as it is designed to work on the large areas but only after the tissue has been softened with Medium Body Cup.
WHICH CUP DO I USE?
Classic Lip/EYE Cup (D)

This small cup is used for the delicate areas on the face around the eyes, eyelids, around the lip and mouth.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS CUP DOES NOT HAVE STRONG SUCTION AS IT IS DESIGNED FOR THE DELICATE AREAS.

Classic Face Cup

- This cup is specifically designed with less suction than the Medium and Body Cup and more suction than the Eye/Lip Cup as it is designed to be used on the face. You would not want strong suction on the face as it would be more likely to leave suction marks or "Cup Kisses" as we call them.
- Face Cupping & Decolletage (You have arteries that run down your neck and also across your chest, so we advise only suction and release down the front and side of the neck and across the chest)
- TMJ Work
- Posterior Neck Cupping (Always draining down)
- Top of your Hand
- Top of your Feet
Classic Medium Body Cup (Labelled "B" in Picture)

- This cup is has more suction than the face cup. It can be used on the face as well to provide a little stronger suction, but can also be used on other parts of the body.
- Face Cupping & Decolletage (You have arteries that run down your neck and also across your chest, so we advise only suction and release down the front and side of the neck and across the chest)
- TMJ Work
- Posterior Neck Cupping (Always draining down)
- Top & Botton of your Hand
- Top and Bottom of your Feet
- This cup can be used for gliding (massaging and can also be used for stationary cupping. Please understand this style of cup can be used for both, but does not have the strong suction as the hard plastic cups with gun.
- Lymph Drainage
- Joint Pain. (Shoulders, Elbows, Wrists, Hips, Knees, Ankles, Feet) The cup can be applied and left for 1-15 minutes on painful joints (always avoiding arteries. If you are not aware of where your arteries are, please google it). Lubricant can also be applied and this cup can be used for massage or gliding over a painful area. (Again avoiding arteries)
- Can be applied to trigger points and muscle spasms to release. Can also be used to massage or glide over these same areas. (Avoid arteries) Neck, Shoulders, Arms, Back, Hips, Thighs, Hamstrings. (Avoid Arteries)
Classic Large Body Cup (Labelled "A" in Picture)

- This cup is has more suction than the face and Medium Body cup. It is designed to be used on the large body areas where the tissue has already been softened with the Medium Body Cup.
- After softening the tissue with the Medium Body Cup, this cup can be used on Arms (Avoiding Arteries), Legs (Avoiding the Groin and Behind the knee due to arteries). Back, Lower Neck and Shoulder Areas.
- Posterior Lower Neck and Shoulder Work. These cups are too large to work on the Upper Cervical Area.
- Shoulder , Upper Back and Rotator Muscle Areas
- Hip Area for Pain and for Cellulite. (Soften the area with the medium body cup first)
- Bottom of your Feet

We advise you to clean your cups with Hot Soapy Water.
Then Disinfect with SPOROX II.
